Here are some common questions about bespoke car subscriptions.

What are the requirements for the subscription?

You must have a driving licence and be a resident of the country where the location of your subscribed vehicle is located. For most vehicles, you must be at least 18 years old. For some vehicles, the minimum age is also higher. You can find all the information on this in the vehicle details page in the section "Subscription details". You must also have a positive credit report.

What payment options do I have?

We currently offer payment via credit card. However, we are working on being able to offer you even more payment methods soon.

How do I get my vehicle?

After accepting your booking and making an appointment with the partner, you can pick up your vehicle free of charge.

Is there a deterrent fee?

No there is no deterrent fee.

What documents do I need to have ready to subscribe to a vehicle?

We only need some personal data, such as name, address, payment information, etc. If we need additional information after your booking, we will contact you.

When and how is the registration of additional drivers done?

Simply send us a copy of the driving licence and ID card of the person you would like to register as an additional driver. The registration of an additional driver is free of charge.

Who is allowed to drive the vehicle?

The vehicle may only be driven by the subscriber and by persons registered before the journey. You can register additional drivers for your subscribed vehicle. Simply send us a copy of the driving licence and ID card of the person you want to register as an additional driver. Of course, this person must be over 18 years old.

Can I take my mileage credit from one month to the next?

Yes, this is possible. When the vehicle is returned, the total mileage is checked. This means that if you have not used up all your miles in the current month, they will be credited to you in the next month.

To which countries am I allowed to travel by the subscribed vehicle?

The subscribed vehicle may only be driven in the USA.

What should I do in the event of an accident or damage?

If there is an accident, please contact us immediately. Important: In an emergency, always call 911!

Can I also use a subscription vehicle for business?

Of course you can also use your vehicle from us for business and have it run through your company. Simply indicate in the checkout that you want to book as a corporate customer.

When is the monthly instalment debited?

The first instalment is collected after handover of the vehicle. All further instalments are collected monthly on the date of handover. This means: If you receive your vehicle on the 23rd of a month, each monthly instalment (except the first) will be debited on the 23rd of the respective month.

How and when can I cancel my subscription?

The notice period is 21 days. So let us know at least 21 days before the end of your contract period that you want to cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription in your customer dashboard. Please note that if you have a fixed term (subscription has a fixed end date), cancellation is not necessary.

How are small signs of wear and tear on the vehicle dealt with?

As a rule, no complaints are made about signs of wear and tear that have arisen in normal, proper use. So you don't have to worry about that. Of course, we have to decide on a case-by-case basis whether a defect is a normal sign of wear or damage. In the event of damage, the membership fee is due. You can find this on the vehicle detail page under “Subscription conditions”.

What documents do I need to have with me when handing over the vehicle?

When handing over the vehicle, we need your identity card and driver's license.

From when do the miles in my booked mileage package count?

The mileage is not recorded until the handover, so the miles only count after the handover.

As a subscription customer, do I have to do an inspection?

It may happen that an inspection is due during your subscription period. In this special case we will inform you in good time. You don't have to take care of it yourself. Of course, the inspection is free of charge for you! The inspection is carried out either at the partner's site or at a partner workshop near you.

How is vehicle registration carried out?

Usually we will do that before the vehicle is handed over to you. You don't have to worry about it. The vehicle will be registered in our name.

Are summer and winter tires included in the subscription?

You get your vehicle either with all-weather tires or the right tires and the change for summer and winter tires included. With regard to the tires and a possible tire change, you will not incur any costs.

What is "all inclusive" with the subscription?

If you subscribe to a vehicle with us, you only pay for the fuel in addition to the monthly rate. The following services are included in the subscription: License Insurance Vehicle tax Maintenance & wear Repairs Vehicle inspection Tires & replacement

How do I return my vehicle?

As a rule, you simply return your vehicle to the same address where you picked it up at the beginning of your subscription.
